Petrus Events is a close-knit, family run business, run by owner Jonny Miller and his team. Our unique approach to event hosting and catering has seen Petrus Events swiftly establish an enviable reputation as one of the leading Catering and Events companies in the North West.

Our Process

We like to make our process as smooth and straightforward as possible, working with you from start to finish.

After you get in touch with us and provide us with the details of your event, we will get back to you with a precise, detailed quotation based on the information you’ve provided.

We enjoy welcoming all of our clients to an exclusive menu-tasting appointment at our kitchens, giving you the opportunity to sample some of our dishes, chat to some of our team and discuss your day in more detail. We will also arrange a site visit to your chosen venue if it is a venue with which we are unfamiliar.

A site visit is useful as it allows us to take note of the facilities available, water supply and power supply, and also to get a feel for the ease of access and parking, which will help us ensure your event runs smoothly.

We will continue to consult with you throughout the planning process and throughout your event, answering any questions you may have and ensuring we have everything in place to suit your occasion and desired tastes. Our staff work tirelessly on the day to ensure that all details are in place, remaining responsive yet unobtrusive at all times throughout your event.

Jonny Miller

Led by Jonny Miller, the menus have been designed to a very high standard, with attention to detail and passion for local produce always at the fore front when catering for each event. Jonny has spent his career working in some of the best restaurants in the country, from The Chester Grosvenor to Aiden Byrnes Church Green. Having gained Michelin star and 3 rosette experience, you can be sure that standards will be high.
